I need your ...You seem to know so much about this. I need your help. Have new computer and disc with 2.0 version information. Customer support instructed us to download 2005 version, but when we try to open our data file it said 'open or damaged file'. We have contacted support via email, but then I found your very helpful blog. I tried the Family Archive viewer route which was described, and now the message when we try to open our old files is "The procedure entry point GetRegData could not be located in the dynamic link library ftwmfc.dll." I uninstalled the FAV program, but this message does not go away. Do you have any ideas on what we can do to try to recover our very old data?
